Jeff Mueller started building in the triad in 1995 and form Timber Creek Builders in 1997.  Jeff is a past board member of the Better Business Bureau and is currently an alternate on the Oak Ridge Planning and Zoning Board. In 2009 Timber Creek Builder became a Energy Star Builder.
