Dry-in
Construction is great for the person that wants to act as
their own contractor and or does some of the finishing work
themselves.
Dry-in
Construction includes the cost of the log or timber frame
package of your choice and the construction on your foundation
including exterior walls, roof, windows, and exterior doors.
Things not included are, plumbing, electrical, cabinets, appliances
or any decorating. Basically it is the shell of the Home.
You can select your favorite log or timber frame package from
Wahconah Log Homes our
sister company; then once your choice is made our experienced
staff will help you go over and establish your budget and
set up a schedule for the completion of your construction.
