Fire Restoration in Mayodan
This project is a 4500 sq/ft log home that was struck by lightening. We completely strip the home back to the bare shell and then replaced a large portion on the main floor. The rebuilding started with the total replacement of the plumbing, electrical and heating/ air conditioning. There were five exterior doors and multiple windows that were replaced. The home owners decided to select a rustic trim package and we were more than happy to accommodate their request. There are multiple crown jewels to this project. The kitchen redesigned with Thomasville cabinets and a new dumb waiter to the basement below. The 2000 sq/ft basement comes complete a billiard location, lounge with a fireplace, TV viewing area and large bar. A 30’ x 30’ timber frame picnic shelter with a paver floor was added just off the basement area that over looks their private pond. |
